RAB Special Situations was incorporated in Guernsey and is governed under Guernsey Law. The rights of the shareholders may be different from those of companies incorporated in the UK and governed by UK law.

There is a restriction preventing any US person being a shareholder in the company. A US person is defined in Regulation S under the US Securities Act.

RAB is only trading on AIM.

The main country of operation is the Cayman Islands.
